    Default Foxtoberfest 2018 - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!! 10/13/18

Hey guys and gals! As you may or may not know, SEFB is in charge of parking cars each year at Foxtoberfest. With Foxtoberfest quickly approaching on 10/13, we are in desperate need of some parking volunteers.

Arrival to the the Kannapolis Intimidators Stadium is at 6:30AM. This will give volunteers time to wipe their cars down before we start parking cars. Gates open at 8AM for cars in the show, but people will no doubt show up early trying to get in!

Volunteers will get PRIME PARKING!!!! --- You will also get a free T-shirt AND free lunch

Thank you to everyone who has helped in the past. Without your help, a show like this is not possible!

Please let us know asap if you are available!

    Thanks!!!

(This is posted in our vendor section, but I wanted to put it here so that all of you who signed up to volunteer saw it We REALLY appreciate all of you, specifically!

Matt and I (Jenn) personally want to thank all of the Foxtoberfest volunteers! You guys consistently help make this event seamless for our visitors! You guys have created a system that not only gets everyone parked in a timely manner but also allows room to accommodate our guests parking requests, we know this can get stressful. The layout always looks great and provides for some great photographic opportunities with similar cars parked together. Seriously, we couldn't do this without you! FMR <3 SEFB!

Thank you to all of you that spent countless hours in the past tallying votes from paper ballots. Moving over to electronic voting is necessary and will allow us to add more awards in the future and will allow all of you to actually enjoy the show. We know that the system isn't perfect and we will fix the issues for next year. Thank you to those who helped people vote electronically this year!

Special thanks to Troy Raby who is always there to with helpful insight when we need it!
